DP Photo Challenge: Vibrant

Here are a few photos for the Daily Post Photo Challenge: Vibrant.

First is a bright pink oleander bloom.

And since today was the annual Mardi Gras Parade on Tybee.  Here are some vibrantly attired characters.  (I’m not sure who they are supposed to be.)
